Kao

Kao Hanada
born in Hokkaido, Japan. In her 20's Kao worked as an illustrator / comic artist and traveled extensively through Asia. Through illness of a close relative and community volunteer work Kao becomes interested in physical and mental care and begins studying body work.
2002 - Kao attends and earns a diploma at Phussapa Thai Massage School (Thailand Ministry of Education approved)
2004 - Kao acquires certified care worker category 2 license (Japan)
2005 - attends and earns license from Esalen(R) Massage Institute (California) and opens healing salon "room-E".
2006 - forms Mumbreeze with husband Kinya Hanada and resumes artistic activities. Makes artwork with recycled material and does comics. Kao is also in charge of the Mumbreeze website.

日本、北海道生まれ。イラストレーター・漫画家をしながら、20代はアジアの各国を放浪して過ごす。その後、身近な人の病気や地域のボランティア活動などから体と心の係わりに興味を持ちボディワークを学ぶ。
2002年 Phussapa Thai Massage School（タイ国文部省認定校）就学・認定。
2004年　訪問介護員2級取得。（日本）
2005年 Esalen(R)Massage （カルフォルニア）就学、認定。ヒーリングサロンroom-E設立。
2006年mumbreez結成。古布を用いた作品や不要物のリメイクが得意。またコミック制作を再開する。
